If you are having a blood test in the morning than fasting is fine. If not, don’t worry, fasting is no longer required for most blood tests.

Most insurances do not charge a copay but there may be a copay or deductible applied to the testing we do with a PE such as EKG, PFT (spirometry) and hearing test. Check with your insurance carrier and let us know if you want those tests done with your PE.

A PE is a full examination and testing as above. Also, you may have blood drawn and a urine sample may be taken.
