After-Hours Care

Sisselman Medical Group should be your first call for care. We have same day appointments available for sick visits, and urgent care is often fragmented care and may not be any shorter a wait than with us. We are open some mornings before 8 am and some evenings until 7 pm and every Saturday from 8 am till 1 pm.

We have a provider with access to your chart available 24 hours a day. For care that cannot wait until we re-open, our on-call answering service can be reached at 1-800-474-1125 to connect you with one of our providers.

Sisselman Medical Group's Commack office is located at 2171 Jericho Turnpike, Suite 304 — right in the heart of one of Suffolk County's most established and family-friendly communities.
